Powdered rose, rosebud and marshmallow complement this bounty and make this cuvee even more appetising.

The palate is full, and the attack is supple, with a beautiful sucrosity without being heavy. The balance is perfect. The minerality, coming from the terroir expresses itself fully, aromatic while at the same time tactile, giving depth and structure.

This wine will go well with Mediterranean dishes like sea bass with fennel, and equally well with more elaborate dishes combining seafood and poultry.
