In the glass, our St Joseph is a beautiful crimson with flamboyant cherry-red glints.

The nose develops quickly with intense notes of ripe red fruit and sweet spices. The palate is ethereal, almost saline with a character that is a union between strength and softness. Feminine, gentle and silky, this beautiful vintage has both harmony and complexity. The well-crafted tannins, allied with a fine freshness give energy and delicacy. The whole is pleasing, delicate and harmonious in a rather dense vintage.

Enjoy in the next 4 years with pigeon pastilla, small game birds, partridge or simply with a marinated filet mignon with prunes.
